			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It amazes us constantly that some of Hollywood’s best and brightest stars look years, and even decades, younger than they actually are.  How is this possible?  Are these celebrities blessed with superior genes?  Do they know something we don’t about anti aging products? While many avail themselves of the latest injection or surgical treatments, there are many simple things that celebrities do to maintain their healthy, beautiful skin that we, too, can do in our own lives.</p>
<p>Stay out of the Sun.  Nicole Kidman keeps her gorgeous ivory skin flawless by limiting her sun exposure.  Sun is extremely damaging to the skin and causes premature lines and wrinkles, making us look much older than we are and somewhat leathery as well.  If you aren’t willing to give up going out during the daylight hours, wear protective clothing and hats and get a great, high SPF sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays.  </p>
<p>Start early.  Starlets barely in their twenties begin using wrinkle creams and serums to prevent even tiny fine lines from deepening into wrinkles. Look for products that contain peptides (such as palmitoyl pentapeptide and copper peptide), retinol, glucosamine, marine collagen, and powerful antioxidants. Don’t wait until deep wrinkles have set in; it is far easier to diminish the signs of fine lines. </p>
<p>Drink water. You will see that many celebrities’ beverage of choice is water.  Not only is water great for the body, it is great for the skin.  Hydration is absolutely crucial in maintaining beautiful, healthy skin, reducing damage from sun, and keeping lines and wrinkles from forming.  In addition, many eat a healthy diet, consisting of fruits and vegetables.  These hydrate, and some, like broccoli and kale, have antioxidant properties that fight premature wrinkles to keep skin looking young. </p>
<p>Exercise.  Celebrities like Victoria Beckham and Julia Roberts maintain their beautiful skin by regularly exercising.  This tones the body, including the body’s largest organ: the skin. Exercise improves circulation and helps the body deliver essential nutrients to the skin.  It cleans the body of toxins, and provides a healthy environment for collagen to be produced.  An added benefit is that you will be energetic and fit, which makes you look even younger. </p>
<p>Not all celebrities use surgery or chemical peels or injections.  The best anti aging product for many of us is to adopt a healthy lifestyle in general.  This reflects in our body and on our faces.</p>
