If it comes in contact with oxygen it becomes inactive. It’s important to note that it should be used with a sunscreen for the best protection.

While there is research behind this miracle ingredient, it certainly doesn’t come at a small price tag, even when mixed with other ingredients. However, those options that include it seem to be worth the cost to protect your skin from whatever the environment throws its way.
