It is food that actually slows your system down and that works against your metabolism, which does not help your skin to be healthy. If you’re looking to have beautiful skin, the first tip is to eat healthier. Eat foods that are good for you, such as fruits and vegetables and lean cuts of meat.
Tip #2: Hydrate Better
Estimates show that almost no one drinks the amount of good fluid that they’re supposed to drink. And the fluids that we do drink are often caffeinated and not good for the body, such as coffees that are filled with caffeine and sodas. This is not good for your body. If you’re trying to prevent wrinkles, you should add more water into your everyday life. Start by swapping out one can of soda with water every week, and eventually you’ll be drinking just water.
Tip #3: Wear Sunscreen
A few years ago a song came out that had the lyrics, “wear sunscreen”. People laughed about the lyrics but in reality this song was telling us all something that needs to be followed. The sun is one of the major factors in having aged skin and is one of the most easily avoided as well. If you’re going out for any length of time, put sunscreen on. If you’re sitting outside, find a shady spot. This will help you to avoid introducing free radicals into your body and will keep your skin looking beautiful.
