When I first noticed that my skin was beginning to show the subtle signs of aging, I wasn’t too concerned. After all, I am in my mid 40s and live in an area where there is a variety of elements that may damage my skin. My name is Justine, and I live in Chicago, which is also known as the Windy City. I also work at a country club where the guests are free to smoke in the area where I work. I know that the cigarette smoke has been a big part of how my wrinkles have gotten so bad.
After the first few months of seeing a continuous trend of more and more wrinkles appearing, especially when I was tired, I decided that it might be best for me to begin looking for an anti wrinkle cream. I took the first step and did a little research. Then I placed my order after reading that there is a new anti wrinkle cream that is considered to be the best as of 2009, LifeCell.
I was impressed with what I read, but the results I have seen have not measured up to my expectations. I have used LifeCell for almost a month now, and yet my crow’s feet, laugh lines, and fine lines around my nose still look the same to me. Now, I know that people sometimes experience different things in different ways, but this has been ridiculous.
Not only have I not had good results with LifeCell, but I have had some itching around my eyes, too. Maybe I am sensitive to something in it. I just began having the problem this week, and I’ve been using the product for a few weeks. I am not giving it any longer; I am discontinuing use of it. When I told my doctor about it and how it’s affected me, he suggested that, if I want something to treat my wrinkle problem, I should look into other anti wrinkle creams, and he gave me a list of products to choose from.
He also told me that the one I’d been using is so new that there hasn’t been enough research and testing on it to know if it will really be one of the anti wrinkle creams that will actually work well for most people. He warned me about scams and creams that use false advertising, and he alerted me to certain ingredients I should avoid with my skin history.
I am thankful that I didn’t have a worse reaction to this wrinkle treatment than I did. I guess I will check with my doctor from now on before beginning anything that might be considered medication.
